At BundleLand, we want every order to arrive safely and smoothly. Please review our shipping policy before completing your purchase.
💕 Processing Time
All BundleLand orders require 2–5 business days for processing before shipment.
Processing time includes payment verification, order preparation, quality inspection, and packaging.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate.
📦 Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, please allow approximately 7–10 business days for standard shipping.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside of BundleLand’s control.
🍬 Raw Hair & Special Orders
Because BundleLand provides authentic raw hair, certain textures, lengths, or quantities may require additional preparation or sourcing.
If an order is expected to take longer than our normal processing timeframe, the customer will be notified.
💌 Tracking Information
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
🏠 Shipping Address
Please double-check your name, apartment/unit number, street address, city, state, and ZIP code before submitting your order.
BundleLand is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or packages sent to an incorrect address due to information entered incorrectly by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.
📬 Lost, Stolen or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery delays may occur that are outside of BundleLand’s control.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please check with household members, neighbors, your building/mailroom, and the shipping carrier.
BundleLand will assist with providing available shipping and tracking information when necessary.
📦 Returned Packages
If a package is returned to BundleLand because of an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, or other customer-related delivery issue, additional shipping fees may apply to have the order shipped again.
🍭 Please Plan Ahead
We recommend placing your order well in advance of appointments, birthdays, vacations, photoshoots, or other special events.
BundleLand cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date unless that service is expressly offered and confirmed at checkout.
